Q: What is creatine used for?
A: Creatine comes in many forms, the most popular being powder, tablets, and serum.
Athletes usually take creatine for explosive power purposes.
Simply put creatine:

1) Provides energy for your muscles (Through ATP, ADP conversion)
2) Volumizes your muscles (pulls fluid into your muscle cells to increase the volume of the muscles)
3) Buffers lactic acid build up (enabling you to train for longer, giving you more muscle energy)

Creatine is taken by many athletes such as bodybuilders, powerlifters, sprinters, rugby players, and any other sports where explosive power is needed.
For runners, and cyclists creatine can be useful when taken in the endurus serum form, as this also contains key ingredients to help increase stamina, speed up recovery, and assist joint problems.
Individuals wishing to take powder or tablet form should do so on a gram/bodyweight basis ie, the more you weigh the more creatine should be consumed and visa versa.
A typical course of creatine for a 200lb healthy male would be:

5g creatine 4 x daily for 5 days (loading dose)
5g creatine daily for 6-8 weeks (maintenance dose)
Roughly 15g of glucose powder should also be consumed with each serving of plain creatine monohydrate to assist in creatine delivery.
Water intake should be kept high whilst using creatine based products to avoid dehydration. Discontinue use if nausea or unwanted side effects occur, always read the label.

Q: What can I take for joint pains?
A: Arthritis is a condition which effects your bodys joints and is the most common condition associated with joint pain. Symptoms typically include joint pain, inflammation, and limited movement in and around the joint area.
There are many different types of arthritis and rheumatic conditions, finding out which affects you is helpful in finding the best supplement you should take.
Two of our best selling products, which most users report an improvement in their conditions is glucosamine, which is the building block for joints and connective tissue, and serrapeptase, an enzyme that can help reduce inflammation around the joints.
Celadrin, devils caw, and synovital are also very good supplements to consider.

Q: I have just started weight training and want to bulk up what do you recommend?
A: Putting on weight or ‘bulking up’ is determined by your calorific intake, ie you need to consume more calories than you burn for energy.
Most people's diets consist of 3 big meals a day breakfast, lunch, and evening meal, which is fine, but in order to increase weight you need to fill in the gaps.
Most people will have lunch at 12pm then evening meal at 5-6pm, that’s a 5 or 6 hour gap where no real food is being consumed this is an ideal window for a high calorie drink, another would be before bed and/or after physical activity.
So 3 meals a day along with 2-3 high calorie drinks such as (super weightgainer or pro mass) in between meals should provide the extra calories your body requires in order to gain weight.

Q: What supplements can I take to lose weight?
A: For most individuals a good diet, and exercise program is the key to losing body fat.
Supplements can help as long as these factors are addressed.
Thermogenic fat burners play an instrumental role in helping you achieve your weight loss goals. Supplements like cut & burn, hydroxycut, maxislim, and ripped fuel work by raising your body’s temperature and help to increase the number of calories your body burns.
Ingredients such as caffeine, green tea, and ginseng, are also added to provide mental as well as physical energy.
Other supplements such as CLA, udo’s oil, and flax seed oil which are rich in EFA’s can also be taken.
EFA’s (essential fatty acids) are the good fats that you body cannot synthesize therefore must be taken through diet and supplementation.
Not only are the fats good at helping you to lose weight they also support your cardiovascular, reproductive, and nervous systems, as well as keeping your skin, hair and nails healthy.
